The Compilation and Application of the English-Chinese Parallel Corpus of Shakespeare's Plays

This corpus includes the English version and the Zhu Shenghao's and Liang Shiqiu's Chinese translations of Shakespeare's works. There are totally 78 texts with 3,281,630 words.

1. Choosing and digitalization of English and Chinese corpus finished

2. Corpus Pretreatment finished

3. Corpus word-level parted and labeled

4. Corpus Alignment finished

5. The publication and online searching will be in progress when all the parallel work is finished and the copyright problems are solved
